Winword.exe closing error

I receive following message when trying to close winword.exe:

szAppName : WINWORD.EXE szAppVer : 9.0.0.8930 szModName : hungapp
szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000

If I wait the program will sometime close but I still get the above message
minus szModName : hungapp

I run XP with all the updates and office 2000 with all it's updates on a new
Dell computer.

I read the other post but did not understand them, can someone help a dummy?
