Winword.exe error when printing

Everytime I try to print within Microsoft Word (either with the shortcu
icon, or the long way, through file, print...etc) I get an error statin
winword.exe has generated errors and will be shut down automatically.
have tried to repair Microsoft Office, I have also tried to uninstall
reinstall the program.

One thread advised to erase all normal.dot files, and that worke
however about 2 times later, the error occurred again. I have ran ou
AntiVir and no viruses have been detected.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried updating your printer driver?
