winword.exe error

i sometimes get a problem when using word 2000 (office
2000). when i go to save/print/print preview word will
sometimes close and display the following
error "winword.exe has generated errors and must close"
and i can loose my document when this happens. i have
tried using detect and repair and un-installed and re-
installed office 2000 completely but this error still
persists. please help

This could be a problem in the printer driver. Try deleting and reinstalling your printer in Start | Control Panel | Printers. You might want to check the printer manufacturer's website for an newer driver for your printer while you're at it.
