Hi,
This problem consistently happens on our win2k/offic2k(sp3) workstations:
with an ouside document, moving the mouse over a highlighted block of text
results in a winword.exe error, word freezes, then closes. Even though the
message says an error log is being created, there are no related entries in
the Applicatiion log. Just before freezing, the cursor changes to an "I"
with a rectangular icon to the immediate right (there is a nick in the lower
left of this icon) suggesting that this is not just standard highlighting.
Any thoughts would be greately appreciated.
