winword.exe problem

I haven't been answered about my problem, so I "re-post" it:

after a spybot Find&Destroy and a virus scan, still have the problem...

Its possible that a Word dll was accidentally deleted by SpyBot. Try running
Microsoft Office or Word setup again and repair the installation from
Control Panel > Add&Remove Programs.

Also disable Office-Plugins for your Anti-virus program.
