My finance manager keeps getting this error...

Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Programe Files\Microsoft Office\Office 10\ winword.exe
abnormal progam termination
I checked with the knowledge base and it said to remove any snap-ins. I did
remove one and the problem went away. It has recently come back. It happens
at random and she doesnt even have Word open. This problem is more of a
nuisance than anything. Does anyone have any ideas? She usually has Outlook
running at all times. Thanks
