Winword.exe starts up by itself

Windowx XP Pro running Office 2003 Beta. After a fresh
boot, or after the system has been up a while, I find
(via task manager) winword.exe running in the
background! It can be after using only Frontpage and
closing it... or after using Word and closing it... or
after not running ANY Office appps!!! Driving me nuts!
