Winword (not responding)

I am not able to open any of my word documents. I
recieve a message that says System is dangerously low in
resources. Winword has caused an error in user exe.I am
running Millennium.

Any help on this problem would be appreciated.

have you checked out what processes are running thru task
manager? sometimes something is running in the background,
or you might have an instance of one thing running 2x on
your system.
