WinXP SP2 and Outlook 2K

After I installed SP2 I don't recieve new e-mail messages
right away. I have to click off of the currently
highlighted e-mail in my inbox and onto another before
any new messages will appear.
Is anyone else having this problem and know how to solve
it?

The Windows firewall is turned on by default in SP2. It is blocking UDP
packets to your desktop. Either disable the firewall or add Outlook to its
exception list.
