Hi would it be possible in the future to change colours of folders and or
font to make filing clearer and quicker.

That "feature" is determined by the Operating system. You may use 3rd
party utility/addons to achieve this. It isn't under Office control.

I mean in Office under my documents etc - this is from an administrator
perspective, I'm not a techo, but as I have lots of word and excel &
publisher stuff at work it would be good to be able to distinguish with
colour or font. Keep us people on the ground happy!!

It sounds as tho you need a better file management system. With proper/more
specific naming of your folders, you won't need colors. Think about how you
would organize a filing cabinet with manila folders and white labels - take
it from there.

Paul Ballou

Doctors use a color coded file system in their offices...I change the color
of my folders to make specific folders standout instead of having read
folder names I can simply click on the colored folder I want...

I have so many folders and subfolders that I'd never remember what a color
meant and would end up reading the name anyway. Different strokes. :)
