Wish to add a WORKSHEET but 'WORKSHEET' not open in 'INSERT'

I am trying to add a worksheet but the "WORKSHEET" function is not available
in INSERT

Try resetting the menu. Right click on the menu bars and select "customize."
Then right click on the insert menu and select "reset."
