I've set Outlook 2003 to leave message copies on my email server (POP acct)
for 30 days. It works fine (downloading only new messages to my computer when
I connect) until I reboot. After each computer reboot and restart of Outlook
EVERY message on the server (from multilple accounts -- that's 500 to 700 of
them) is re-downloaded onto my computer. This only happens after a reboot.
