Wizards not avaliable

I have downloaded a copy of Northwind Traders. When I
open it all the wizards are not showing, several of the
options are grayed out. It would appear that it is locked
somehow. Any suggestions on how to unlock it?

Sure.
Read the installation tips from www.microsoft.com.
When you are installing Office wizards are not included in the default
options.
You have to go to the control panel -> Add remove software -> Add additional
features on the Office. When you are on the screen, - click on Access plus
sign; go to options and include wizards; additional wizards; help etc.
