Wizards not running

Open a form in design view and look at the Toolbox - you should see an icon
depicting a wand. Click on this to turn the wizards back on.

None of my Access wizards will run. Some will open the first dialog box, but
none of the buttons in the dialog box will work. A complete reinstall of
Office XP did not solve the problem. Please help!!
