Wizards not working

I have W98SE installed and using office2000
I tried to design a form using inbuilt wizard but got error message
"ActiveX component can 't create objects"

Sounds like the problem described in
http://www.mvps.org/access/bugs/bugs0007.htm at "The Access Web".

For Access 2000, you're looking for dao360.dll, not dao350.dll.
