Wizards won't run after upgrade to Win ZP from Win 2000

I upgraded a computer from Winows 2000 to Windows XP Pro. Since then my
swicthboard does not work and none of the wizards will run. I have
uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2000 to no avail. Any ideas?
