Wizzard Feature is not installed

Erik

When trying to use any of the wizards in MS Access 2003, I receive a message
that states that this feature is either not installed or has been disabled.
Under the help menu, I noted that there were no disabled features and the
product was fully installed and reinstalled in an unsuccessful effort to try
and alleviate this problem. What could be causing this?

In addition, my operating system was recently upgraded from 2000 to XP. I am
not sure if this is pertinent, but maybe it is.

Erik,

The problem you discribe is the same as mine. I don't know what to do. Did
you ever get a reply, other than this?

Thanks, Gina.

I discovered my problem was very basic. I was using a direct link to Open
the program, instead of the "SetUp" supplied Short Cut, thereby depriving the
program of the proper environment paths to do it's work.

I have solved the problem. The issue that I was having was due to the
windows update. It seems that the office software needs to be removed before
the windows is upgraded and then reinstalled after. It appears to be a
glitch between the MS software.
