Ran automatic MS updates on my month old hp pavilion
system -- running Windows XP Office Prof. Promptly lost
all audio capability and some Publisher graphic displays.
Getting error: "Unable to locate system class:
java/lang/object" and got instruction: "Install graphic
converters Run set-up again"
Tried running installation CDs and system tells me they
are not recognized. I'm lost, a rookie, and without time
to hang on a phone line. Anyone have a clue what I did
wrong? Many thanks.
