wlm export to office 2003

hi all
this is the situation
I have windows7 , as you may know it come without any mail , and not support
Outlook express
I installed windows live mail and it sucks , now I want to export all my
accounts and folders into my office outlook 2003

as you may know outlook office only support import from OE and it would be
great help if someone will tell me how to import from WLM
