Hi,

If it's Office installation, try disabling softwares like Spy-Sweeper and
try installing Office again.
Do reply back with the version of Office.

I have a system which is more than capable of running this software. After
almost completing I had an error, then setup cancelled...then I restarted.
Now it gets angry about 20 sec after giving the cd key each time and will
not
install. Anyone with similar problems in XP (Turion)
