Won't install with valid product key

Own the software - teacher/student edition, product key is on the label on
the case. I know I've typed it in correctly. Still tells me I have an
incorrect product key. How the heck do I get it to accept a valid ID without
buying a whole new copy to install?

I know you may have done this. But zero's and the letter O look a
like, So do others letters & numbers

I'm having the same problem. Evertyhing seemed to install ok, I downloaded
the updates. But when I try to open Word it wants the product key again and
when I enter it it tells me it is not valid. It worked when I first installed
the program. I've rebooted and everything. I'm very frustrated with this!

Would this be a Trial version by any chance Janet. Where did you procure this program

I am having the exact same problem!! My software is Microsoft Office
Professional 2003. No 0's or O's. Anyone have a clue?
