I am running XP pro with sp2 loaded. I tried to update my office 2003 and it
keeps coming back unsuccessful install. During the process it asks me to laod
my office disk. I clicked browse and it is lookng for a file called
Pro11n.msi. How/What do i do to get this loaded/fixed? HELP...

I followed the advice of a previous replier...
Do a detect and repair on all Office programs then reboot.
Office SP 2 installed for me after that.
Does Microsoft do any trial testing before sending automatic updates?

Daisy, I'm sorry you've had a bad experience updating your Office
installation. Yes we do test these updates. Unfortunately Office cab get into
a corrupted state for a number of reasons. Luckily, the Detect and Repair
feature helps fix several of them.
