I ahve a strange issue on a clients notebook where any time he tries to open
a word document (locally or networked) word crashes with the following error:
Faulting application WINWORD.EXE, version 11.0.8227.0, time stamp
0x486d648f, faulting module LAN52du.DLL, version 10.0.2.2, time stamp
0x44333d7b, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x0000ce1b, process id
0x1304, application start time 0x01c9149ffd82be4c.
I can get word to open documents if I right click and use Adminitrator mode
and then go file open.
I have checked around for the dll file mentioned above but can find no
reference to it on the net and I cannot find the file on his local machine.
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated
