Word 16 error message

Every time I open Word 16 the attached message pops up. I have 'repaired' Office two times with no resolution of the problem. Excel, Access, and PowerPoint run with no problem. I ignore the message and Word runs correctly.

I'd like to have a clean start, please suggest a cure.
