word 200 error message The document name or path is not valid.

If I create a new document I can not save it. I can only
save on an existing file name (over writing an older
version).

Hi Frank,

What virus scanner do you use? There have been reports of an option in
InoculateIT: "Virus-wall Incoming Mode" as a cause the symptoms you
describe.
