I'm just wondering where your answer came from. The only thing that pointed
to anything I said was a forwarding website that doesn't exist. This part of
microsoft seems as helpful as their other support sites. Seems you can't get
any real help unless you pay for it. I have a new laptop with Vista, and I
hate it. Too many things don't work right, and of course no real help, just
people who push you from one place to another where you get no help. Seems
like a Merry-Go-Round. Where can you find anyone who is truly concerned with
your needs, and wants to help us not so computer literate?

This isn't a chat room, it is a news group. If you are attempting to
reply to someone, use the reply button. Otherwise you are just muttering
to yourself. If you want help from the folks who read this group, try
posting a question and relate the problem. If on the other hand, you
need basic help in learning to operate your computer, you might look in
the yellow pages for computer training or local community education
classes for new PC users.
