Word 2000 and Ledger Size Paper

I have 2 computers that have Microsoft Office 2000
installed on them, both of them are running the same
version of Windows XP Pro. In Word under File > Page Setup
and under the tab labeled Paper Size there is a drop

down menu that allows the user to select what paper size
they want to use. One user has 11x17 paper under the drop
down menu and the other one doesnt. I know we are able to
set this up manually to set the paper size to 11x17 but is
there a way I can add the 11x17 paper option to the drop
down menu.
