word 2000 application error

Hi,
when i am opening word page, i getting error message.
close your application, sorry for the inconvienance.

Event ID 1000
Application Error
fault in winword.exe
Description : fault application winword.exe, version
9.0.0.6328, faulting module xr6haej.dll, version 0.3.0.0.
fault address 0x000042aa.

Pls help regarding this issue.
