Word 2000 Calendar

Hi,

I have created a Word .doc calendar on Windows 2000 on one computer and I
then I viewed it on another computer. The other computer made some of the
squares larger and cut some off and put some of the words on different lines.
It looks perfect on the computer I created it on. All the squares for the
days are the same size and the words are on the lines I want them on when I
view it on the compter I created it on.

Why did this happen, and is there a resolution?

Thank You,

katydid

Is the printer driver the same on both computers? Word uses the current
printer driver to display documents and since no two printers print the same
documents can appear differently when different printers are in use. For
example an ink jet may display a document differently than a laser jet.

There are different printers involved. So it's the printer drivers making the
calendar display different. Thanks for explaining. What alternative programs
don't do that?
I don't have Publisher or Power Point by the way.

If the calendar is simply for display purposes and you don't intend on
printing it then you can install the same printer driver, the physical
printer doesn't need to be present.

As for an alternative, you might try this Google search for Calendar
Creators and see if any of them fit your needs:
