problems began out of the blue
When a word doc, password protected is opened, the password screen appers.
My password is rejected. All passwords I can remember have been tried &
rejected.
Also, when I open a word document, it appears as gibberish; similar to
"wingdings" font. But the font is set to Times New Roman.
I have renamed normal.dot to old_normal.dot, then opened Word, but the
problem persists.
