WORD 2000 CRASHES

The reason that my Word application is crashing (at work
only) is because when I went to Tools, Options, File
Locations and changed my User Templates to a template on
our network drive. The problem is that you cannot change
it back--Word just keeps crashing. Work changed my
profile because the reinstall doesn't fix it. Any tips on
fixing?

Not sure this will work but try setting the Workgroup Template Location to the usual Word template folder.

Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates.

Then you should be able to switch them and have it work properly.

Word crashes before I can even get to the place to change
the location. Can it be accessed through the DOS screen?
