Word 2000 envelope wizard

Why has my Word 2000 envelope wizard print invisible
addresses? I have used this product for over a year. My
Word documents print fine. Envelopes using the wizard used
to work fine as well. Now everything seems fine except that
the envelopes come out blank. I am using black font. Any help?
I recently purchased a new DELL computer with windows XP
and re-installed Word 2000. I have printed using this
wizard since then. Any help?

Hi Faye,

Have you checked your color ink cartridge? It could be the color
cartridge is used rather than the black cartridge.

Another thing to try would be to change the font color to black, not
the Automatic color choice, and see if the envelope text prints.
