word 2000 error

When I go into a saved document to print the file. I
click on file, then on print. At that time the blue title
bar around my document starts blinking and I am unable to
print the document. Any ideas of what might be causing
this??
Any help would be appreciated.

Norton Anti Virus?! Open NAV and disable the Office Plug-in under advanced
options.

thank you. that worked. I have only had NAV for about 2
months and have been trying to solve the problem myself to
no avail. Joann
