Some people in my office can down load the form from our
LAN site and they have no problem - form works great it is
NOT a protected document.
However, when I download the form on my PC it opens as a
Protected document, when I try and unprotect the form it
asks for a password, and of course I don't have one. so I
cannot input anything into the form.
Why would some PCs in the office open and be able to type
into the form and then others not be able to do so?
Is there a setting that I am missing? This is the second
form this has happened to me on. Even if one of the OK
users emails me their form which is Unprotected on their
PC, it turns into protected on my PC.
