Word 2000, HP 4100 Printers and Domain Admin Group

When we add our users to the Domain Admin group in our Windows 2000
domain, users assigned HP4100 shared printers can not open Word or
print from Excel. If we remove them from the Domain Admin group,
everything is fine.

Any ideas?
