Would someone be so kind as to help in this instance. Word 2000 has
the entire menu disappear. I am not certain if a series of keys are
hit that cause this, however, completely uninstalling word and
reinstalling it does not resolve the problem. Deleting normal.dot
does not resolve the issue. Copying normal.dot from another system
will not help. Using virus protection so there should be no virus
present (at least none shows up). I am at a loss as to what to do
next. If anyone can help I would very much appreciate it..
