Word 2000 not showing hyperlinks properly

I have one user that can not get hyperlinks to show up in
text as hyperlinks. Instead, it displays the "command"
fully. I made sure she has all the latest updates and
service packs. Any clues?

Thank you so much. Is there a website that lists what
the keyboard shortcuts are? Or where is it on
Microsoft's website? Thank you again.
