Running Windows ME; started having computer crashes,
found adware; son mistakenly ran Windows reinstall vs
restore; therefore lost associations to application
programs like Word 2000 & Norton Antivirus 2004. We then
tried to reinstall Word 2000, did not do uninstall first;
encountered error msgs terminating reinstall. How do we
reinstall Word 2000 when uninstall not executed first?
