Word 2000 reinstallation - license problems

I have just reinstalled WinXP.

One of the programs that I need to reinstall is Word 2000. I have an OEM CD
bought from a reputable dealer on Ebay. (This is not Office.) I successfully
installed this about 1 1/2 years ago, so I must have used the correct license
number at that time.

On my CD, I have written the following number in indelible ink:

34504-OEM-0090032-96438

When I try to install this, I am asked for a 25-bit number.

Does anyone recognize the format of my number? Have I carefully written down
the number of a competely different application?

Yes, it's a OEM product key. There is no support with it from Microsoft. One
is advised to go back to the seller for assistance. Since you bought it on
eBay, you're probably not going to have any luck there.

OEMs are tied into hardware. What hardware came with the software?
