Can you help please?

When I open a new Word document.. and if I type a capital
letter...then press enter twice the capital letter I typed
moves down the page 1 space, changes font to Arial, the
size changes to 16 bold.

i brought a computer about 3 years ago .micro soft word came with it. i had to replace my modem. now i cant down load th
microsoft word cd, because it is scratched. i was wondering if there is a way i can down load a free copy from any where
please i am desperate , i need it for school

Word has never been available for download. You need to purchase a
copy of it either from your local retailer or find it online.
