Word 2000

I have a user that when she tries to use the ctrl+C and ctrl+v from IE6 with
the url hilighted to word it does a print screen. Anybody have fix for this?

Sounds like they have some type of screen capture program installed
that has those set as the hotkeyes. You should check what software is
installed.
