My word 2000 is opening very slowly, I have tried renaming the normal.dot, i
have renamed the data and options keys in the registry, I have run a
registry cleaner, virus check and adware scan, there are no files in the
real startup folder, i have removed any addins. Still cannot fix the
problem - help!
