When I am in word and I try to open certain files that are
not anything that I remember saving and have a $ symbol in
them or if I have to many folders open at once a box pops
up that says " mircosft word has encountered an error and
must shut down" and I am about to push it out the real
window. I try and always delete the $ marked files, and I
was told by the most computer literate person I know that
I should check the "no" when prompted to "save to
normal.file when closing down word. So, anyone, any ideas,
oh I even went into a repair program which had me
reinstall word 2001 and reboot, but it didn't work. Any
suggestions would be great. Thank you scott
