Word 2002 and 2003 Compatibility

Is anyone aware of backward/forward compatibility issues between Word 2002 and Word 2003? I do extensive work with organizations that have Word 2002 and am trying to configure my new computer. (or decide to keep the one I have) I can not afford to have work I do on Word 2003 be incompatible with 2002.

Unless you start doing things with XML, you should be pretty right.
