Word 2002 can't right click open a file

When I open word and right click on a file and then
choose either open or print I get the error message that
"The command you selected is not available from this
shortcut menu"
HELP.

This is a known bug in Word 2002. Double-clicking on the filename will open
the file. You can right-click print a file from Explorer, but not from
Word's File Open dialog.
