Word 2002 closes after printing

I have seen several other cases similar to this but no concrete
solution.

Using Windows XP, SP2, Word 2002 with a HP All-In-One printer, Word
will automatically close after completing printing of a document, with
no prompt to save.

We have no macros set up in Word.

What is weirded is we have two profiles on our XP machine, and only
one of them has this problem. The other one prints fine and stays
open. I have compared Word options and they are identical. Any
thoughts / insights?
