Word 2002 crashes out when viewing images

OK, I'm having a rather weird problem with one computer. When the user opens
up Word and loads a Word document that contains images, it freezes for about
3 seconds then crashes out with an error (the error is a fault in mso.dll -
the rest of it changes between crashes).

I have done the following:
1. Uninstalled Office, then reinstalled it and installed all the latest
patches
2. Installed the Multilingual User Pack
3. Reinstalled IE6SP1

The document is fine - it opens on other computers. In fact, if I create a
new document and try and insert an image, it crashes out. Different user
accounts don't matter either - logged in locally with a different user
account, same crash (system is running WinXP SP1).

Any ideas anyone?

Hi Rob

Possibilities (in order of likelihood) include:

corrupt printer driver, corrupt graphics driver, abandoned temp files.

With the first 2, first check to see if the manufacturers have newer
drivers: then reinstall drivers.
For second problem, see
