Using word 2002 with windows office xp professional,
whenever i go to save or open a file and click on the
dropdown menu, windows crashes without any warning or
error. Certain functions such as customize under tools
menu also causes windows to crash. Ive tried all the
normal fixes and nothing works!! This also happens with
frontpage as well. any ideas?!?
