Word 2002 dissappers when maximising

When I try and maximise my word 2002 doc from the bottom
tool bar word closes and thus I lose material sonce I
last saved. Whe I reopen it does go into auto recovery
but I do lose stuff. Can anyone lend any support?

Hi Andres,

It's possible you have encountered a bug in the Handwriting
Recognition services. Try the following:

- Open your Control Panel
- Open Regional and Language Settings
- Select the Language tab
- Click Details
- Remove Handwriting Recognition
