WORD 2002 ERROR

error message--"log on failed- must
log onto MS Exchange to access your address book. Error
code- uspecified."

Don't have or use Exchange. Trying to use address book
within Word itself under envelopes and labels. When I
click on it- shows above error message. Brand new load and
trying to enter addresses into it as I go.

There is no address book within Word itself. You must use the Outlook
address book or another MAPI-compliant address book.
